Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately this service will be available around Australia only - at least for the time being, as a start. Bear in mind that Australia Post charges very expensive to shipping outside the country.
As an indication, here are the prices that do vary depending on weight
Regular Post (up to 250g) - $5.00
Express Post (250g - 500g) - $8.80
What is your refund policy?
Of course if there is something wrong or incorrect with your order, do let us know. Generally we are pretty easy. However due to the nature of the product, we do not accept return of the products. This is to ensure you are not getting used products from other customers. Used products are stated otherwise. Please feel free to ask anything before making your final purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, Bank Transfer, and if you happen to be in Brisbane then Cash in Hand while we facetrade is acceptable too.
